Our Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return: Simply contact us at shazebes@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will automatically process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
